Subject – application regarding name of Asha Begum not


included in Govt order No. 205 JK (Edu) of 2023 dated
08-07-2023 regarding regularisation/promotion of
masters (worked/working as I/c headmasters and
equivalent) as headmasters and equivalent.

Sir,

With due respect, the applicant submit as under-

1. That the applicant was appointed as teacher on 08-05-1989 and


was promoted as master on 04-08-2007.
2. That the applicant is serving the education department for the
last over 32 years with due regard and sincerity.
3. That the applicant was included in Govt order No. 1746- Edu of
2022 dated- 27-06-2022 regarding assigning of lookafter charge
of headmasters and equivalent to masters.
4. That after the said order was passed, the applicant was
transferred in a far flung area of Chambitrar where the applicant
had to cover 50 km distance every single day along with some
journey on foot. Applicant fully complied with the orders and kept
on delivering her services despite bearing multiple hardships.
5. That Govt order No. 205 JK (Edu) of 2023 dated 08-07-2023
regarding regularisation/promotion of masters (worked/working
as I/c headmasters and equivalent) as headmasters and
equivalent was published.
6. That unfortunately the name of the applicant is not included in
Govt order No. 205 JK (Edu) of 2023 dated 08-07-2023 for
regularisation/promotion of masters (worked/working as I/c
headmasters and equivalent) as headmasters and equivalent
despite having all the qualifications.
In the light of above mentioned facts, it
is requested to your good self to kindly look into the matter and
incorporate the name of the applicant for
regularisation/promotion as headmasters and equivalent.
