IMPORTANT REMINDERS: This form should be filled out by the unit owner/resident and approved by the Property Manager before
each repair or renovation work in the unit. Please take note of the following guidelines.
1. Work should be done only from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm only.
2. NOISY works such as DRILLING, HAMMERING, SANDING,ETC. Should only be done from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
3. Workers must be confirmed to the work place only. Anyone caught loitering in the other areas of the compound will be reprimanded.
4. Workers must be properly dressed. Those wearing of SANDOS, SHORTS, SLIPPERS will be prohibited from entering the condominium building.
5. The Contractor is responsible for the ensuring that their workers abide by the ATNMCC rules and regulations.
6. Submit Shop Drawings PLANS(for fit-out renovations) as REQUIRED.
