L. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A Any product/material mentioned in the annexure will not be compensated for in cash, the
product/material will only be purchased/used by the builder.
B If there is any change in the specifications mentioned in the above annexure, the difference will be
charged over and above.
C All Selection of products/ finishes shall be under the architect in-charge.
D Construction work shall not be stopped because of a delay in selection of materials by the owner.
