1. always carry the admit card with you. keep this e-admit card safe and follow the following instructions in letter and spirit:
2. In view of the Corona (Covid-19) pandemic, all the candidates are directed to ensure mandatory adherence to the Covid-friendly and updated Standard
Operating Procedure (SOP).
3. reach the centre of the prescribed examination one hour before the commencement of the examination. entry into the examination hall will not be allowed after the
commencement of the examination and no examinee will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination period even if his/her answer
sheet has been submitted to the examiner. sitting at your designated place in the examination centre. read the instructions on the question book and answer sheet
carefully and follow them in letter and spirit.
4. (i) At the place specified in the answer sheet, the candidates shall write to roll no. Under no circumstances will you write your registration no. Write your
name, serial number and question booklet series at the designated place.
(ii) Candidates should not mark any kind of mark/identity in the answer sheet. The use of Whitener/Blade/Eraser etc. in the answer sheet is prohibited.
(iii) For answering objective questions, candidates will paint only one option against each objective question as per the instructions in the answer sheet. In case of non-
compliance of the above mentioned instruction, the answer sheet (OMR Sheet) of the concerned candidate will be invalid/cancelled.
5. Do not bring any material other than blue/black ball point pen with you to the examination hall. The answers to the questions in the Answer Sheets of the Objective
Examination (OMR Sheets) are to be painted by the candidate only with a blue/black ball point pen and in any case the change of answer once marked will not be
valid. The answer in the answer sheet marked against the answer will be cut/coded or invalidated by pencil.
6. Electronic material like mobile, bluetooth Wi-Fi, gadget electronic pen, pager, wrist watch (general/smart) etc. and whitener/blade/eraser etc. will be cancelled if you are
found to be in possession of the candidature of the concerned candidate. Entry with mobile will not be given at the examination centre.
7. The candidate will not be allowed to carry any kind of calculator and wrist watch (general/smart) to the examination hall.
8. (i) this admit card has been issued as correct the entry made by you in the online application under advertisement no.02/2019, assistant engineer vidyut
written (objective) competitive examination.
(ii) this admit card is completely formal. the final decision on eligibility can be taken after due verification/verification of the documents relating to the facts
recorded at the time of interview.
(iii) this admit card does not determine your eligibility. the candidature may be cancelled in case of any variation in the entry made by you in the online
application and the relevant papers.
9. in addition to taking action under the bihar conduct of examinations act, 1981, if found indulging in malpractices, the examinee may be debarred from the
bihar public service commission examinations.
10. In the said examination, all the candidates are to be given IRIS Capturing and Facial Recognition. Candidates will leave the examination hall only after
completion of the said procedure.
11. THE CANDIDATES WILL CARRY THEIR PHOTO IDENTITY CARD SUCH AS AADHAAR CARD, EPIC, PAN CARD, DRIVING LICENSE, PASSPORT ETC. WHICH
CAN BE PRESENTED AS IDENTIFICATION AT THE EXAMINATION CENTRE.
12. After the conclusion of the examination, the question booklet is allowed to be taken with the candidate.
