KP06- User Manual

How to update the budget amount in KP06
Scenario
Use KP06 for assigning costs by cost element to the activity type/cost center
combination.
The activity cost is calculated by dividing the total cost (planned by KP06)

Requirement
Cost center group and Cost element group should be created as pre-requisite
for planning
Note: - This user guide is created for Thailand Cost center Group – THA

Update the following Field.

Note: The Free and Form-Based radio button at the bottom of teh screen affects
the the layout of the screen on the next page.

Click overview button

Copy from excel and paste in KP06 Excel template.

 Click on the Save button in excel first and save layout in the SAP KP06.

Save the
layout.

Pre-requisite before update Excel File in KP06

1) Close all the excel before you open the KP06 excel template.
2) Please dont copy the Total row and paste in KP06 excel upload.
3) After copy paste from excel to KP06 layout excel template Please save the
Excel in SAP.
4) Save the KP06 layout in SAP
