1 Windows PC F5 VPN User Guide
1.1 Download and install the F5 VPN client for Windows
1. Click https://dl.envisioncn.com/pc_software/f5_vpn/BIGIPEdgeClient.exe to
use your browser to download the installation file.
2. Unzip the installation file then execute the install file， following
Setup Wizard（shown below）

3. Now you can access internal systems.
1.2 Start F5 VPN on Windows
1. After installation successes， find “BIG-IP Edge client” in
Windows Start.

2. Run the application and the client will automatic try to connect
VPN gateway.
3. If system prompt, please select first option”->Add this site to
your Trusted Sites list, and always allow inspection from this

4. Fill in your user (for example jack.jiang) and password, then
press Logon.
1.3 F5 VPN Dynamic code verification：
If your account is logged into F5 VPN for the first time on this
computer, dynamic code authentication is required.

If your account has been authenticated once on this computer, you
only need to enter the user and password to log in in the future. No
dynamic code authentication is required.
1. When the user logs in to F5 VPN for the first time on this
computer, the system will send a 6-digit dynamic digital
verification code to the mobile phone number and mailbox
registered in the OA。

2. Please check your mobile phone or email. The 6-digit dynamic
password received will be filled in the newly popped up web
page and click "Login".
3. Wait for VPN connection

5. In Windows task bar, you can find an “F5” icon that means you
are already connected to VPN.
6. Now you can access internal systems.
1.4 Disconnect F5 VPN in Windows
Find the “F5” icon in the taskbar, double-click the “F5” icon,
and on the client main UI, and click “Disconnect”

Search “BIG-IP” in Launchpad find the F5 VPN client, run the VPN
client, and Click “Connect”.

2.3 F5 VPN Dynamic code verification
