RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE BARANGAY TREASURER OF BARANGAY STA. CRUZ, MAASIN CITY, SOUTHERN
LEYTE MRS. DAISY C. SIGNAR, TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND AND SEVEN HUNDRED
SIXTY PESOS ONLY (Php 10,760.00) FROM THE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
SPORTS SUPPLIES OF BARANGAY STA. CRUZ, MAASIN CITY, SOUTHERN LEYTE.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Cruz, recognizes the importance of youth sports and wishes to
encourage the development of young sports at the Barangay Sta. Cruz, Maasin City, Southern Leyte;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Cruz has organized an Inter Barangay Basketball and Volleyball
Summer League this coming April 20- May 3, 2024;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Cruz desires to purchase sports equipment for this summer league
to be utilized by the Sangguniang Kabataan for such league in order to encourage the development of young sports in the
Barangay;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Cruz determines that the purchase of such sports equipment and
the costs thereof will promote leisure and general welfare of the youth of the Barangay Sta. Cruz and will serve a valid and
sufficient public purpose.
WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Nina Jean P. Boc, duly seconded by the whole Body, BE IT…
RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Maasin City, Southern Leyte to
allow Mrs. Daisy C. Signar to withdraw the amount of Ten thousand and seven hundred sixty pesos only ( Php
10,760.00) from the Youth Development Fund for the Inter Barangay Basketball and Volleyball Summer League Activities of
Barangay Sta. Cruz, Maasin City, Southern Leyte.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the CLGOO for and to the Local Youth
Development Office of Maasin City, Southern Leyte for their information.
