Must have valid technology partnership certificate such
as Google, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle and more.

Should have a portfolio of successful projects with
website link brochure and other valid documents that
4 demonstrate their ability to deliver high-quality software
solutions. They might showcase case studies, client
testimonials, and projects completion certificate.
Must have Robust testing and quality assurance
5 processes ensure that the software produced is reliable,
secure, and free from major defects.
6 Firm should demonstrate its logical capability (well-
equipped office space at Dhaka with necessary facilities).
7 The Proposer/Firm which has experience on similar task
will get preference.
List (Name, designation, years of experience, number of
projects, expertise) of IT personals who can be engaged
8 to perform the assigned task. However, for proper
execution of the project the consultant shall include at
least the following HR positions as minimum project
team requirements and the minimum required

development language like swift (iOS), kotlin
(Android), java (Android).
B.Sc in CS/CE/CSE/IT or equivalent. Minimum 05 (Five)
years of experience as a Developer/Programmer and
02 (Two) years of experience on Al, ML. Deep Learning
project. Understanding techniques such as word 1 Tiger IT
embeddings (e.g., Word2Vec, GloVe), language
models (e.g., BERT, GPT) and convolutional neural
networks (CNNs) is essential.
B.Sc in CS/CE/CSE/IT or equivalent. Minimum 05 (Five)
years of experience as SQA/Test Engineer. Minimum
03 (Three) IT/ITES software project experience in the
field of software quality assurance. Familiarity with
various testing techniques and strategies, including 1 Tiger IT
black-box testing, white-box testing, gray-box testing
and Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks
such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA, or other
industry-specific tools
