It was October 2, 2023, when I left my previous job and started my current job. At first, there
were so many adjustments that I had to make. When it comes to co-workers, functions,
responsibilities, and the relationship I had with my previous co-workers and superiors. I
have to make myself all right to get along with my new colleagues and there are times when I
have to cry in the comfort room, and immediately have to recover so that they may not notice
and think that I am not good at getting along with them.
Endorsing and teaching my past functions and job to the new employee who has been
appointed to my previous position is still my duty until now. I can also recall that I had to
make the whole file, comprising 100 plus pages because nobody in my previous office could
do that. And it happened that they finalized and printed this document, knowing that it was
still a draft, they must check and deliberate it first. However, due to limited time, they
finalized it and submitted it to the Sanggunian for signature and approval. Eventually, the
document has many inconsistent amounts and figures. I didn’t know that I had to be blamed
for what they had done.
