dry utilities. Supervision of all kinds of test related to soil work, concrete work, and asphalt
work, raising of NCR and SOR due to noncompliance with methodology, shop drawing

as per approved shop drawing, method statement and specification. Installation of kerb

Project Description:
The Project comprises Infrastructure work including all the services such as which
involves the storm water drainage, sewerage lines, potable waterline, Irrigation line,
Road crossing ducts, protection of existing services, car parking, Telecom Line, Optical
Fiber Foot Path Parking, Road works (Flexible and Rigid Pavements) which includes the
construction of earth work, Stripping, compaction of embankment material in layers
accordance with specification & Construction of Jointed plain concrete pavement in
conformity with the lines, grades, thickness and typical cross section shown on the
plans)..
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Review the contractor’s shop drawings, as Built drawings in compliance with
contract drawing and specification.
2) Meeting with client’s representative for design, progress, and safety issues.
3) Guide site staff, assign their duties monitor them continuously.
4) Review the method statements for different activities submitted by Contractor.
5) Coordinate with contractor’s supervisory staff to resolve the site issues.
6) Attend the meetings with authorities to resolve the site issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

In this project ADMAC was Main contractor and Bainery was sub-contractor for
construction of embankment, sub grade, subbase, aggregate base course, Asphalt
Base, wearing course and utilities. We have prepared all the required layer as per
approved shop drawing and arrange inspection and testing as per specification and
approved method statements. Our responsibility was to coordinate with main contractor,
site staff and with consultant supervision staff according to activities. The work involves
the storm water drainage, sewerage line, potable waterline, Irrigation line, Road crossing
ducts, protection of existing services, HDPE pipe Pressure tests, Air test, Torch mirror
test, Deflection test, Construction of Manholes, water proofing system, Inlet Chamber
catch basin Gate valve. Air release valve. Washout chamber. Control Valve. Flow valve,
Gate valve, Butterfly valve, Etisalat Chamber. We have prepared daily/weekly/monthly
progress report and submitted to main contractor.

Project: Peshawar Sustainable Bus Rapid Transit Project Reach-1
Project Description:
The Project comprises 40 km single Carriage way configuration of 14.6 m width with 2m
shoulders. The typical section for Road consists of asphaltic wearing course, Asphaltic
base course, Aggregated Road Base, Subbase and sub grade etc. The work involves
the storm water drainage, sewerage line, potable waterline, Irrigation line, Road crossing
ducts, protection of existing services, car parking, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate.
2) Dealing with client and Consultant and sub-contractors.
3) Utilize the manpower and materials according to activities.
4) Project monitoring as per plaining Chart and report to project manager.
5) Execution of construction activities of road like Sub-Grade, Subbase, water Bound
Macadam, Asphaltic layers, Culverts, Stripping, compaction of embankment
material in layers accordance with specification & in conformity with the lines,
grades, thickness, and typical cross section shown on the plan.
6) Preparing weekly, monthly progress Reports.
7) Preparing estimates according to road cross section and profile.
8) Survey for road embankment and design and Designing Road cross section and
profile from Survey data.
9) Preparing their Feasibility report.

Project Description:
The Project comprises 40 Number of Roads. The typical section for Road consists of
asphaltic wearing course, Asphaltic base course, one layer of binder course, Aggregated
Road Base, sub grade, Embankment etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Execute and supervise all civil works as per drawing and specification.
2) Management of all site staff according to site activities.
3) Verifying road cross section and profile on each layer during construction phase.
4) Supervision of road earthwork, subbase, base course, lying, mixing and
compaction process.
5) Bridge supervision according to design, specification and Bar bending Schedule.
(Piles, Pile cap, Deck slab, railing, approach slabs)
6) Geological Survey during Boring of Piles.
7) Laying the asphalt Base Course as per design and laying the asphalt wearing
course as per design and specifications.
8) Fabricate the (Bridges, Culverts Slab & Base Plates) steel as per bar banding
schedule.

The Project comprises 50 km Dual Carriage way 4 lanes. The highway is divided into
two heavy lanes. The typical section for heavy lane consists of asphaltic wearing course,
two layers of Asphaltic base course, one layer of binder course, Aggregated Road Base,
Subbase, three layers of Rock filling layers and sub grade etc. Three Interchanges
including Box girder Bridges with post tensioning stressing and piling works. Infra
structure works consisting of Storm water drainage, protection of existing services.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) To monitor the site activities
2) To Deal with consultant and Clients Representatives
3) To monitor the Road works as per specification.
4) To work as per method statement approved by consultant.
