Scientific advancements are made daily in the quick-paced technological world of today.

Techniques and tools that were cutting edge just five years ago are quickly becoming outdated. As a
result, traditional machines have evolved into more productive, intelligent machines that can
accommodate unique and interdisciplinary methods.
My objective is to be at the vanguard of this change, to learn more about it and to do more to affect
it. Our interactions with and perceptions of the world around us have altered as a result of research
in robotics and control systems. The fundamental understanding of mechatronics, robotics, and
intelligence based on computer sciences has been related to this.

Early in my academic career, I was inspired by my scientific lecturers and influenced by television
documentaries on science and innovation in developing my enthusiasm for engineering. I
eventually discovered my potential and the fantastic and exciting options the field of robotics and
intelligent control provided me with when I enrolled in Cyprus International University's
Mechatronics Engineering degree. Throughout my four years of undergraduate study, I was
inspired and motivated to work hard to build a strong theoretical foundation by taking classes in
robotics, machine vision, and artificial intelligence. These classes also encouraged me to work on
numerous projects to deepen my understanding of engineering principles.

My technical skills were reinforced and served as a convergence point for my goals when I served
as team leader for the creation of an obstacle-avoiding robot for my Artificial Intelligence project
and a mini sumo robot for my Robotics project. I developed the capacity to picture a robotic system
as a flawless synthesis of software and electromechanical parts with the appropriate properties and
behavior. I frequently presented to the teachers and students, and as a result, my work was
expanded upon by students for semester projects. Building a robotic arm for my senior project
continued the newly discovered excitement, which increased my goals and stoked my appetite for
this industry. My thirst for knowledge and curiosity for exploring new horizons have been resonant
enough to push me for carrying out research in this area.

Eventually a career in research and development was the perfect choice for me to develop an
understanding of professional development techniques and broaden my technical expertise.
My knowledge of computer science, electronics, and mechanical engineering is robust, but in order
to do cutting-edge research in advanced robotics, I will need to expand on these talents. In today's
demanding and intensely competitive world, obtaining graduate level knowledge through writing
and research is unquestionably necessary, and it is the next natural step for me to advance in this
profession. I anticipate gaining a thorough understanding of robotics after completing my studies,
which will undoubtedly allow me to conduct additional research in this area. My desire to
participate in your institute's top-notch and comprehensive Robotics and Simulation program
highlights my decision to seek higher education.
