EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Our business is Tuna Lumpia, we propose to make a small business that is budget-friendly.
A healthy take on the classic Lumpia is provided by Tuna Lumpia, which uses tuna as the primary
ingredient. Our business endeavor seeks to leverage the increasing need for wholesome, easily
accessible, and culturally appropriate food choices. We will provide this to all the people in our
community, the product is affordable so that everyone can afford it. We chose this business
because we believe it will benefit the younger generation and those who are close to students
and workers so they may have it as a lunch. Our tuna lumpia is the most delicious and affordable
product, yet it is made of high-quality raw materials. It is the combination of good quality raw
materials Tuna, Lumpia wrapper and cooking oil that result to detectable taste. Tuna lumpia is
just a simple as wrapping the banana q wrapper, some carrots, onion, garlic, celery, egg on it and
afterwards, frying it to cooking oil and finally it is ready to serve. Our product was supposed to
be just a plain lumpia, but with quality ingredients inside our product may have the capabilities
to kick- up to the top. With the nutrients and uniqueness of flavor that our product brings the
costumers will surely buy it for the first day, next day and ail the days to come. The quality of our
product will present a unique way of eating tuna lumpia. With the filling inside and those are
carrots, onion, garlic, celery, egg, it can surely give satisfaction to the customer. It is also a good
quality raw materials. We may add ketchup to make it more attractive and delicious. The price
of our tuna lumpia is Ten Pesos Only (P10) it is a pocket friendly budget. Beside the fact that our
product is of high quality and it also offer low and affordable price.

As Filipinos, we used to eat lumpias whose main ingredient was ground pork, so we
made an alternative lumpia whose main ingredient was tuna, a new cousin that is new to them.
We ensure that our tuna lumpia is delicious and budget-friendly. Our goal is to transform the
Filipino food experience by providing a more wholesome and nutrient-dense option with our
Tuna Lumpia. Our dedication lies on serving our patrons with delectable, premium cuisine. Our
vision is to establish Tuna Lumpia as a beloved and iconic dish enjoyed by people. Our ambition
is for Tuna Lumpia to be a staple on menus in homes, restaurants, and food trucks all across the
world, associated with savory, nutritious, and culturally diverse food. We hope to share the
delight of tuna lumpia with future generations via our love of food, attention to quality, and
dedication to sustainability, while also promoting relationships and a passion for food. Our core
values are: first, we have quality; for our tuna lumpia, we go above and beyond to find the best,
freshest ingredients possible, so that every mouthful is brimming with nutrients and taste.
