Round 2: inc in each st around. (12)
Round 3: (sc 1, inc in next st) repeat around. (18)

Round 47 – (Skip 2 sc, HDC in next 2 sc, chain 2) repeat around (138) join with sl st, chain 1.
Round 48 & 49 (2 rounds)– sc each stitch around (138)
F/O & Weave in ends.
DRAWSTRING
With W HITE,
Make chain about 150 st long, or longer. F/O & Weave in and out of spaces at top of bag,
leaving both ends hanging out through the front. Glue or – carefully – burn end of yarns to
prevent fraying.
BUTTON
With W HITE,
Round 1 – sc 6 in magic ring. (6)
Round 2 – inc around. (12)
Round 3 – (sc in next st, inc) repeat around. (18)
Round 4 – (sc in next 2 st, inc) repeat around. (24)
Switch to BLACK
Round 5 – (sc in next 3 st, inc) repeat around. (30)
Round 6 – (inc in first st, sc in next 4 st) repeat around. (36)

F/O, leaving long tail for sewing.
Attach straps to back of bag. Top: about 15-20 st apart. Bottom: about 35-40 st apart.
