The AKGEC Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell proudly organized the 17th Alumni
Meet of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, facilitating an opportunity for former students
to reminisce, reconnect, and collectively celebrate their shared experiences. The event
aimed to nurture a sense of camaraderie amongst alumni, fostering an environment of
encouragement and mutual support as they reflect on past achievements and look towards
a promising future.
Key highlights of the session:

19. Panel discussion featuring select alumni on the topic of How can Alumni of
AKGEC help each other
20. Arrangement of interactive games such as Tambola and Musical Chairs for
audience engagement.
21. Distribution of prizes to game winners.
22. Enthralling performance by Taal, the college dance society
23. Vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Rahul Sharma, Head of Department - Information
Technology.
24. Distribution of Hampers to all alumni at the conclusion of the event.
25. Total attendance count of 401 guests, comprising 339 alumni and 62
accompanying spouses.
26. Collection of feedback forms from the majority of attending alumni.
Overall, the 17th Alumni Meet served as a platform for alumni to reconnect, reminisce,
and revitalize their bonds with the alma mater. The event not only celebrated the past
