Coloring Activities
About this Activity:
Your Algebra 2 students will have 16 Quadratic
Expressions to factor completely. There are a
wide variety of expressions using each of the
following methods:
1. Factor trinomials where a=1
2. Factor trinomials where a>1
3. Factor trinomials with a GCF
4. Factor perfect square trinomials
5. Factor difference of two squares
Solutions include four choices and the color at
the bottom of each choice will indicate the color
for the corresponding picture page from Sarah
Pecorino Illustrations.
This is a fun approach to review of Factoring
Quadratic Expressions before Winter Break.
An answer key is provided as well as a completed
coloring page key.
