Instructions to Candidates
1. You are requested to appear for the Elimination Test at the center on the date and time specified above. Please affix your recent passport
size photograph (Which is mandatory and will be matched with the photograph printed on the Admit Card). Candidate will not be allowed to
appear for the Test without photograph on the Admit Card. The candidate may keep extra copy of this Admit Card for their reference.
2. Candidate should carry one of the following valid Photo ID Cards in Original to the test center for verification. (A) Pan Card, (B) Passport, (C)
Driving License, (D) Voter ID Card, (E) Aadhar Card/e-Aadhar Card or any other Photo ID issued by Govt. Department.
3. College or Employee ID Cards will not be considered as valid ID. Carrying valid ID in Original to the test center is mandatory. If any
candidate fails to carry the above-mentioned photo identity proof, then he/she will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
4. Candidates having identity mismatch or arriving late (after Gate Closing Time mentioned above) will not be allowed.
5. Candidates are advised not to bring personal belongings of high value while coming to the test center. There is no facility for safekeeping of
candidates' personal belongings outside. Personal belongings including mobile phones shall be kept outside the examination center at
candidate’s own risk and the Test Conducting Authority shall not be responsible in case the item is/are lost or theft occurs of such items
which are brought to the test center.
List of Prohibited items at the test center :
• Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pencil, eraser, etc.
• Any electronic device like mobile phone, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist-watch (analog or digital), health band,
calculator, electronic pen/scanner, pen drives etc.
• All ornaments like bracelets, ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, necklace with pendants, badge, brooch etc.
• Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap, gloves etc.
• Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks, colored water bottles etc.
• Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/Bluetooth device, spy camera
etc.
• You will be asked to undergo two – layer frisking at the entry point by SECURITY PERSONNEL with Hand Held Metal Detectors
(HHMD) and ensure that you don’t carry any banned items inside the Test Centre. Physical frisking will be done. In unavoidable
circumstances, candidates carrying metallic religious symbols/ornaments like mangalsutra etc. are allowed inside the Examination
Hall.
6. Candidates to maintain complete silence during the examination & communication in any form between candidates with outsiders is not
permitted.
7. A candidate found using any unfair means or in possession of any incriminating material during the test shall be expelled from the
examination hall and his/her test would be cancelled.
8. Candidates are not allowed to smoke or eat in the examination hall.
9. Your candidature for this test is provisional and is subject to your fulfilling the prescribed criteria of Age, Educational Qualification,
Photograph matching with the one pasted above with the photograph printed on admit card and other conditions specified in our
advertisement dt. 04/05/2024. This admit card is issued purely on the basis of the details furnished by you in online application form, which
is subject to detailed scrutiny and if at any stage of recruitment any discrepancy is found or you do not fulfil eligibility criteria as prescribed in
detailed advertisement, your candidature is liable to be cancelled.
10. Rough Sheet (if required) shall be provided to the candidates for carrying out rough work during the test. This sheet needs to be returned to
the test administrator before leaving the test venue.
11. With regards to conduct of examination, decision of test administrator shall be final and binding.

13. Candidates are required to download Admit Card On-line as no separate physical copy of this Admit Card will be dispatched.
14. Please note that this Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment.
15. Non observance of the instructions mentioned herein or instructions issued hereafter or use of any unfair means during the continuance of
his/her test will render the candidate liable to disqualification from the test.
16. Candidates shall be held responsible and legal action will be taken against them if they are found indulging in activities like :
• Manhandling of invigilators or test center staff.
• Damaging Test Center property
17. Mandatory Biometric Capture of candidate will be done on exam-day.
18. There will be ‘Negative Marking System’ i.e. 0.33 Marks will be deducted for every ‘Wrong’ answers given.
19. Your appearance in the Examination shall be at your own expenses, both ways and at your own risk.
20. If any FIR/Criminal Case has been lodged against you, as on date, you are hereby specifically called upon to furnish details/ particulars,
without fail, at the first instance, before taking the Test/Examination.
21. It may be noted that, the Class-rooms/Blocks etc. will be under CCTV Surveillance.
