Subject: Three days’ “Leadership Development Program” for senior ITS
officers conducted by NTIPRIT, scheduled from 5th to 7th June 2024- reg.
National Telecommunications Institute for Policy Research, Innovation &
Training (NTIPRIT), Ghaziabad is organizing a three (3) days’ “Leadership
Development Program” for senior ITS (upto HAG level) officers from 5th - 7th
June 2024.
2. The objective of the LDP is to enhance the leadership skills and competencies
of the senior most DoT officers. The LDP will cover various aspects of leadership
such as vision, strategy, communication, innovation, decision making, team
building, ethics, governance and current challenges of the sector. This program will
also offer a forum for reflection, exchange of knowledge and learning for senior
most officers dealing with policy and strategy formulation.
3. Details of participants nominated for the programme, is attached as Annexure-
I.
4. All the officers as per Annexure-I are requested to attend the above mentioned
programme as per schedule.
