4. Functional Requirements of the System
The system supports:
a) Searching for completed projects,
b) Capture details of projects (Students, supervisor, title, deliverable and area of
improvements)
c) Generation of reports like a list of all projects done, a list of all students and their
respective supervisors, a list of supervisors.
d) Awarding of project marks.
e) Scheduling of project activities.
f) Group formation.
g) Assigning supervisors and projects to students.

6. Significance of the Project
1. The department will be able to schedule projects assigns supervisors and projects,
generate reports, and search for the already done projects, input project marks.
2. The Students will be able to search for already done projects, form groups, view the
supervisors assigned to them.
3. The University to efficiently assess and analyze the performance of the students since the
general performance of the student is reflected in the final year project.
