Minimum System Requirements:

Please ensure that all the system requirements below have been checked and are functioning
correctly.
• A laptop or computer running the following operating system versions:

Download the TestReach App

To download the TestReach app please follow the following URL: https://download.testreach.com/

Please check that system date and time settings are accurate on any device which
TestReach is installed to ensure accurate test records.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When a candidate uses the TestReach application to take an exam, it will
enter “lockdown mode” after the candidate has completed the system check.
Lockdown mode ensures all applications are closed while the candidate is taking the exam.
The TestReach application can identify open applications on the candidate’s computer and
request they are closed. Once closed, the exam can begin.
However, some applications run background processes, which means that even if the
application window is closed, the application is still running in the background. When this
occurs, the TestReach application cannot proceed to the exam content.
Two applications which frequently run background processes are Microsoft Edge and Firefox.

The following instructions explain how to disable background processes

in each application:

Microsoft Edge

2. Select Settings:

1. Open Microsoft Edge and navigate to the ellipses (…) to

open the menu:
