Contract

The Following contract will act as a proof of the infernal agreement made in
the following date Grimday 22 Frostpeak of 566 A.C.F between the mortal
Nymeria Torric , firstborn daughter of Bennal and Jerrith Torric, and
Asmodeus, Supreme Master of the Nine Hells, Lord of Nessus, The Lord
of the Ninth, The Cloven, Old Hoof and Horn, Lord of Lies, The
Archfiend, The Raging Fiend, Prince of Evil.

As mediator of this pact acts Baalzebul, Lord of the Seventh, Lord of Flies,
Lord of Lies, Triel of the Fallen, The Fallen One, Archduke of
Maladomini, The Slug Archduke. The mediator is obliged to enforce the
terms of this pact, and ensure the completion of this contract in service to the
Lord of the Nine Hells and the mortal subject, with all rules and obligations
of Baator accepted and followed as proper.

Below are listed the terms of this contract :

The mortal subject will be brought back to life through the use of the infernal
powers of the Nine Hells and it’s master, with the mediator acting as the
conduit for this power. The mortal will be brought back through the use of a
Raise Dead spell, with all of the appropriate effects of the spell. The mortal’s
soul will be reconnected with it’s former body at the state it was, with any life-
threatening wounds been healed to ensure the sustaining of the soul until it is
considered properly alive. Beyond this point, the powers of the Nine Hells
bear no other force or obligation to the mortal’s body, besides in the case the
mortal breaks in any way a term mentioned in this contract, at which point the
powers of the Nine Hells can enforce the terms in any way they find
acceptable.
After the resurrection, the Nine Hells and it’s agent have no right to meddle
in the affairs of the mortal, as long as the mortal is alive. New contacts and
agreements can be made between the new parties, but they are not considered a
part of this pact. Thus the mortal and the Baatorian Powers have every right
to accept or refuse additional interactions, as long as they don’t interfere with
the terms of this contract.

Beyond the point of the resurrection the mortal is free to act as it deems right,
regardless if it’s actions are against the will of the Nine Hells and it’s
Master, as long as the mortal does not break any of the terms mentioned in
this contract. The mortal however is aware of the existence of the contract, and
has to follow the terms mentioned as proper. The Nine Hells have no
obligation to aid the mortal in it’s actions, unless they desire so, which they do
so outside of this contract. Additionally so the Nine Hells have no right to
alter or affect in any way the actions of the mortal , so long the mortal does
not violate the terms of this contract.

Officially this agreement between the mortal and the Nine Hells is
confidential. This means that the mortal can suggest it’s existence or effect to
other powers, however the Nine Hells do not have to share the terms and
effects of this contract with any other force. Any other interaction is not
considered part of this pact. In the same term, the Nine Hells cannot share
details nor the existence of the contract with any other power of the
Multiverse, as long as the mortal does not violate any other term of this pact.
When the mortal’s life comes to an end, natural or otherwise, the mortal’s
soul is immediately put under the ownership and command of the Nine Hells,
and thus it’s Master. The Nine Hells can in no way affect the life of the
mortal so that it is terminated, as long as the mortal does not act in it’s life in
ways that would jeopardize the term above. Thus the mortal during it’s
lifetime does not have the right to make agreements with other powers or use
items that would set it’s soul not under the direct control of the Nine Hells at
the exact moment of it’s death. In case it does an action as mentioned above,
the Nine Hells then have the right to act in any way they consider necessary
to enforce the term above. The mortal is thus properly warned of the potential
consequences of such a vioation.

After the point of it’s death and the acquisition of the mortal’s soul by the
Nine Hells, the mortal has no power over it’s soul and loses all rights over it.
All decisions beyond this point for it’s soul are made by the Master and the
authorities of the Nine Hells. The mortal maintains free will only in a way
of decisions that do not violate or affect the infernal commands that are
obliged to it. The mortal’s soul is forced by this point on to carry out the
commands and demands of it’s supervisors in the hierarchy of Baator, at the
best of it’s capabilities. Otherwise the mortal’s soul will be considered
unworthy, and will be either demoted, tortured or terminated, according to the
will of it’s supervisor. From this point on the soul of the mortal acts as an
instrument of the plans of the Nine Hells, without freedom or discontent.

After it’s death the soul of the mortal will be disposed in the River Styx,
according with the Conformance of the Lower Plains, in the form of a
Lemure. Beyond this point, the first right over the actions and form of this
soul belongs to the mediator of this contract, who will choose it’s form, rights,
memories,thoughts, and position in the hierarchy. The mortal has no opinion
nor option in all of these conditions. The soul will remain in the service of the
Nine Hells from the point of it’s death indefinitely. The Nine Hells have the
right to free or trade it’s soul, if they deem so right.
This contract’s terms cannot be altered after the point of it’s agreement and
signing by both sides. This contract is possible to be terminated, only if and
when both sides that participate agree so, and sign an additional agreement of
disclosure. This contract allows for the making of other deals and contract
between the participating sides, or with other powers, as long as these new
deals do not violate the terms of this contract.

Above are listed all the terms of this pact. Let it be known that this pact is
unavoidable and inescapable. Thus once this contract is signed in blood, then
the fate of the entities participating are entwined with the terms of the pact
by the cosmic order. The terms of this pact will be brought forth exactly as
mentioned, and in no other way. Any try of either side to escape the terms will
result in cosmic punishment.
