PAVEMENT WORK

Providing all manpower, materials, equipment, machinery, tools and tackle etc., for all work leads and mobilization, debris removal and site
cleaning etc. Carrying out the following items of work all to confirm to the specifications of respective items and / or as directed by on site
Chief Engineer to the entire satisfaction of the owners and the engineer. Rates include material, labor, transport etc. Taxes extra as applicable,
per the prevailing norms of Government.

THE SCOPE WORK INCLUDES :

i) Breaking the existing damaged paving around the building.

ii) Removing the existing paving tiles, PCC bed and existing soling.

iii) Excavating up to a required depth of soling with line level & slope.

iv) Carting away excess debris and disposing out of the premises

v) Compaction with filling fresh murum, watering to settle the layer.

Providing and laying rubble soling of aggregate stone from 20mm to 50mm size, filling the gaps with kapchi from 80mm to 90mm,

filling the voids by compacting with stone powder, watering to settle the layering

Providing and laying M20 grade PCC 1:2:4 proportion concrete bed over the soling to the required level and slope with

Note : Repairing the existing old damaged PCC layer in patches @100/- per sqft at actuals.

Terms & Conditions :


1) Payment : 30% mobilisation advance, 30% against material delivery, 30% work in progress, balance 10% upon works completion.

2) Water, electricty & storage space for material will be provided by society free of cost.

3) Final bill will be prepared per actual repaired area (joint measurements).

4) Rate validity for 3 months. No rate revision/change once the work order issued.

5) Taxes extra, as applicable.
