Please approve the recertification costs for 2 units of PT. Cosmic Indonesia Flowmeter located at Batu Ampar Terminal. The certificate will be expired
on 27 July 2024

The details are:

In 2020, the Flowmeter recertification cost was IDR 44,000,000/certificate, this cost was applied because at that time we recertified 5 units of
Flowmeter in one go. However, the vendor has increased the costs to IDR 50,000,000/certificate as we would re-certify for 2 units only, after a
negotiation, the costs are finally reduced to IDR 45,000,000/certificate.

‭b.‬ ‭All required technical data in accordance with PT GES Checklist‬
‭c.‬ ‭Personnel quarantine cost (if required regarding COVID-19 issue)‬
‭d.‬ ‭Dismantle and reinstall PSV/ PRV (if any)‬
‭e.‬ ‭Repair (minor/ major) and spare part for PSV/ PRV inspection‬

‭ rice Excludes:‬
‭a.‬ ‭VAT 11%‬
‭b.‬ ‭Residual Life Assessment (RLA) for Equipment/ Installation that exceeds design life‬
‭c.‬ ‭Reverse Engineering for Equipment/ Installation that no technical data‬

‭ ayment Terms:‬
‭a.‬ ‭30% after issuance PO / SPK‬
‭b.‬ ‭50% after issuance technical report ( berita acara )‬
‭c.‬ ‭20% after issuance COI‬
