Distance Learning and other modalities of learning to
bridge learning gaps and intensify learning gains;
c. Improve productivity, morale and overall performance of
personnel aligned with the BE-LCP, Learning and
Development Plan, and School-Based Management
principles; and
d. Increase learning of 3, 224 learners enrolled translated to
100% promotion/ completion/ graduation rate

Schedule
a. 123 of 123 or 100% of teaching personnel are
upskilled and reskilled in their respective area of
specialization/task, with evidence of one (1) web-
based ICT-aided/video lesson made for each subject
area; 27 of 27 or 100% nonteaching personnel are
upskilled and reskilled along their respective roles,
duties and tasks, as evidenced by one
doable/feasible workplan prepared.
b. Two (2) intervention activities to bridge learning gaps
and two (2) enrichment activities to intensify learning
gains made for each subject area by the teaching
personnel.
Key Results c. One (1) Test Question with Table of Specifications
made per subject area, per teacher-participant
applying the assessment fundamentals.
d. 150 individual outputs as required in the workshops
and practical activities.
e. Improved productivity, morale and overall
performance of personnel, with evidence of 100%
collaboration in the demonstration of QPS and
complete consolidation of artifacts in the four (4)
SBM Principles.
f. Increased learning outcomes of 3, 224 learners while
on learning from home and/or limited face-to-face
(when allowed), in the succeeding quarters.

The survey questionnaire was given to 150 participants.
From 150, 147 were retrieved. The monitoring and evaluation
aspects include sessions, facilitators, and administrative
arrangements. In general, the conduct of the activity got an

overall rating of 4.00 which means that the participants strongly
agree with the indicators evaluated.
The sessions were evaluated with an average rating of
4.00. Indicate the strong points and the room for improvement
based on the M&E results.
The facilitators were rated with an average of 4.00 This
numerical value corresponds the respondent’s strong agreement
on the facilitator’s effectiveness on sharing knowledge relevant
to the training.
Administrative arrangements were rated with a mean of
4.00. The management particularly the members of the
secretariat were observed to be diligent in their assigned task as
they regularly monitor the attendance of the participants. Health
protocols recommended by the IATF were also strictly
implemented during the training.
Attendees strongly agreed that the topics were relevant
and timely. The topics discussed in the training satisfied the
teachers’ needs in coping up with the challenges of the new
normal in education. Moreover, the knowledge they gained from
the different sessions will help them grow professionally and
improve the quality of learning delivery to their learners.
Participants suggested that similar training on
instructional materials development be considered in the next
In-Service Training.
The discussions of the different facilitators are very timely and
relevant for the equipping of the school personnel to meet the
challenges of the new normal in education. Also, the learning
facilitators provided the participants significant and sufficient
inputs regarding the topics of the training. Moreover, they
provided the participants various learning activities such as the
actual utilization of web-based assessment tools and creation
of interactive video lessons for the learners.
The participants were actively engaged throughout the training.
General Comments and Issues
Their eagerness to learn was manifested through the questions

learning activities conducted by the learning facilitators, and
their reflections.
A power interruption during one of the sessions delayed the
flow the training that day. However, the learning management
committee provided immediate action and response to
