Dear Visa Applicant 尊敬的签证申请人:

VFS Global will collect and process the submission of your personal data for the purpose of applying for a visa in the country that
you want to visit whilst the decision to grant you a visa or not, will be taken by the country that you want to visit and not by VFS
Global. According to data protection law in the People’s Republic of China, VFS Global must obtain the following consents from
you for the processing of your personal data. Please read the information in this notice carefully. VFS Global 将收集和处理您递
交的个人信息，以处理您想要访问的国家的签证申请，是否给予您签证的决定将由您想要访问的国家作出，而不是由 VFS Global
作出。根据中华人民共和国的数据保护法，VFS Global 在处理您的个人数据时必须获得您的以下同意。请仔细阅读本通知中的信
息。

The collection of your personal information 您的个人信息收集: VFS will strictly adhere to the Personal Information Protection
Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China to protect
your personal information. VFS 将严格遵守《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》及其他适用的中华人民共和国法律法规来保护您
的个人信息。
Purposes of collection 收集的目的: We will collect, process, share, and store your personal information for the following
purposes only 我们将仅出于以下目的收集、处理、共享和存储您的个人信息:
 To support your visa application 处理您的签证申请;
 To provide you with additional services if requested by you 如您要求，我们将为您提供额外的服务;
 To verify your identity 核实您的身份.
Categories of personal information 个人信息的类别: We may collect the following personal information from you 我们可能会

• date of birth出生日期
• place of birth出生地
• address地址
• passport details (including your passport photo) 护照信息（包括您的护照照片）
• sensitive personal information such as fingerprints (applicable) 敏感个人信息，例如指纹信息（如适用）

Sensitive personal information (when applicable): 敏感个人信息（如适用）: If it is necessary to transfer your sensitive
personal information (e.g. biometrics such as finger prints, as applicable) cross border, we will evaluate the legality, legitimacy
and necessity of collecting sensitive information by the recipients. We will require the recipients to take protective measures for
sensitive information received and strictly adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. 如果需要跨境传输
您的敏感个人信息 (例如，像指纹这样的生物特征识别信息，如适用)，我们将评估接收者收集敏感个人信息的合法性、正当性和

We will strictly control access to your sensitive information, adopt the principle of data minimization and ensure sufficient
authorization for staff who may have access to your sensitive information. We will also implement technical measures to record
and control staff's handling of your sensitive information to avoid illegal copying and/or downloading of your sensitive information.
我们将严格控制对您敏感个人信息的访问，采取数据最小化原则，并确保可能接触您敏感个人信息的工作人员有足够的授权。我
们还将采取技术措施来记录和控制工作人员对您敏感个人信息的处理，以避免您的敏感个人信息被非法复制和/或下载。
We will only store your sensitive information for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and/or per the
terms and conditions of our contract with the country to which you are applying unless a law of the People’s Republic of China
requires a mandatory storage period for your sensitive personal information. After the expiration of the storage period, we will
delete or anonymize your sensitive information as required by law. 我们将仅在为实现上述目的和/或根据我们与您所申请的国家
的合同条款和条件所必需的时间内存储您的敏感个人信息，除非中华人民共和国法律规定您的敏感个人信息的强制存储时间。在

We consider personal information from applicants who are 14 years or younger as sensitive personal information. Therefore, we
need specific consent from the parent or guardian. 我们认为 14 岁或以下的申请人提供的个人信息为敏感个人信息。因此，我们
需要获得申请人的父母或监护人的明确同意。

Cross border transfer of your personal information 跨境传输您的个人信息: All or part of your personal information mentioned
above may need to be transferred to overseas entities of VFS Global or Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any other governmental
body as authorised of the particular country where you are applying for a visa if needed. 如有必要，您的上述全部或部分个人信
息将可能会被转移至 VFS Global 海外主体或您所申请签证的国家的外交部或其获授权的政府机构。
Your rights 您的权利: You have the right to refuse or withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that if you choose to refuse
or withdraw your consent, we will not be able to provide you with any services. 您有权在任何时候拒绝或撤回您的同意。请注意，
如果您选择拒绝或撤回您的同意，我们将无法向您提供任何服务。
You have the right to correct or delete your personal information. We will delete your personal data in accordance with laws
and/or administrative regulations, and in so far your personal information still resides at VFS. If your personal information is
transferred to a Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any other governmental body as authorised, you will have to submit a request for
deletion to them.您有权更正或删除您的个人信息。我们将根据法律及/或行政法规删除您截至目前存在于 VFS 的个人信息。如果

You can exercise your rights by filling in the Privacy Request Form on our website (www.vfsglobal.com). 您可以通过在我们的

If the visa applicant is under 18 years old, the parent or guardian needs to give consent/sign on behalf of the applicant

As a parent or guardian please read this note carefully before providing your consent on behalf of the applicant for the processing,
collection, sharing, cross border data transfer and storage of the applicant’s (sensitive) personal information. 作为申请人的父母

We also seek your explicit consent by ticking the below “Agree” for the processing of the data from children who are 14 years or
