At the time of physical verification at Tezpur University candidates are required to bring the
prescribed Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
The concerned department/centre will forward self-attested copies of all documents of the
provisionally admitted candidates to the office of the undersigned along with application
form and copy of fee payment receipt latest by 1st August 2024.
