Dear Mr. BIRESH SAH,
In light with the recent series of interviews, we are pleased to offer you employment with MAGE
Prime Project Management Services LLC on the following terms and conditions:
1.Position : STEEL FIXER
2. Job Description : Your primary responsibilities shall include the following but
not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting building and engineering
plans and drawings.
- Setting out work areas and determining the required
materials.
- Using hand and power tools to cut and bend steel
bars and mesh.
- Laying out steel bars, mesh, rods, and framework.
- Hoisting steel bars, mesh, and reinforcements into
place.
- Fitting spacers and supports.
- Joining steel reinforcement bars (rebar), footings,
and girders by welding or with clips or wires.
- Fixing steel bars and mesh to solid concrete bases.
- Using rebar to build casts that will keep setting
concrete in place.
- Preparing concrete, mixing sand, cement, and water,
and pouring the concrete into the prepared casts.
- Perform functions as may be delegated to by your
immediate supervisor or manager
3. Joining Date : This offer of employment shall remain open until August
08, 2024. If no acceptance by you hereof is received by us
on or before such date, this offer shall be deemed
rescinded.
Your joining date shall commence on the date of your
reporting to the project site or at the project head office.
4. Compensation : You shall be paid a salary in US Dollars (“USD”). Your
monthly compensation shall be USD 450, payable as basic
salary and benefits as follows:
Monthly Compensation USD 500.00

Accommodation, food and transportation to site will be
provided by the company.
5. Work Timings : Your hours of work shall commence beginning at the time
of your arrival at site from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday
to Thursday. It may, from time to time be necessary for you
to work additional hours or different shifts.
6. Probationary Period : The first six months of your employment shall be
considered as probationary period, commencing on the
joining date set forth in paragraph 3 above, during which
your employment may be terminated with or without
cause by either party.
At the end of the probationary period, your performance
will be evaluated by your immediate manager (s). If your
performance is deemed to be satisfactory, your
employment shall continue in accordance with the terms
described in paragraph 8 hereof. Your remuneration will
also be evaluated based on your performance. If your
performance is deemed to be unsatisfactory, your
employment will be terminated.
7. Term and Termination : Your employment with MAGE Prime Project Management
Services LLC will initially be for a 2-year contract, with the
possibility of renewal after the initial term. You are entitled
to a return ticket home. In respect of the probationary
period, the terms of termination set forth in paragraph 6
shall apply.
8. Confidentiality : By accepting this offer of employment, you irrevocably
agree that during the course of your employment with
MAGE Prime Project Management Services LLC, and for a
period of two (2) years thereafter, you shall not, other than
that in the course of fulfilling obligations as an employee
thereof, communicate information that may be
confidential or of proprietary in nature to any person
including, without limitation, information regarding the
business, owners & finances, contacts and clients thereof.
9. Employment Contract : Upon joining the company, you will be required to sign an
employment contract for filing with the relevant
authorities.
10. Labour and Immigration : Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, you expressly agree
Formalities that your employment hereunder is contingent on the
successful completion of all labour and immigration
formalities and the ability of your employer to obtain for
you the appropriate residence and employment visa as well
as your ability to provide personal relevant and credible
documentation free from all any outstanding obligations
either from previous employment or from any government
authorities.
11. Undertaking Agreement : By signing this document, you acknowledge the following
terms:
a. The company covers the cost of the visa and air
ticket from Dubai to North Africa. Should you
decide to seek other employment upon reaching
Dubai, you undertake to pay all associated
administrative costs including visa & air ticket from
Dubai to North Africa with a total amount not
exceeding US$700.
b. You assert your qualifications as a skilled worker
for the applied/assigned job position.
c. In the event of unsatisfactory performance on site,
you agree to bear all expenses related to your
return to your country of origin.
