INTRODUCTION
Vamgos Entertainment agency is one of the highly recommended agency in
the Philippines. It has received over 25 awards for successful project. And we persuade
Ms. Rea Eugine to take hands with the vamgos ENT. because it has the ability to solve
problems and takes on nearly 50 projects with a 98.99% success rate.

It should approve and support this project not for the sake of ENT pride,
but because it will benefit not only students, but also their parents, teachers, and school.
This project will help parents to lessen their stress and help them in not having to worry
about what is happening to their child while in school.

Second, it will help students to be less concerned about their safety, and
third, it will help the municipality by giving them an idea to support this project, which
will help them think about their next project that they will conduct in the coming years.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Kidnapping has always been a word of terror in the ears of our protective parents.
Obviously, no parent in their right mind will want to have their child abducted. Either by
paying the ransom or some other things, they will be willing to do anything just to adjoin
with their beloved sons and daughters.

Although the cases of kidnapping in Valenzuela city are subsiding, we cannot really
lower our guards, especially since this alarmed the parents to resort to a more robust way
of monitoring their children. Because going to school is one of the main reasons why
students are going out, It's reasonable that we should implement it first on our campus. The
parents need some kind of assurance that their child is going to and leaving school safely.
Therefore, we need to have some way to monitor the entry and exit of students on the
campus and to report it back to the guardians to keep them updated. This is where the 1st
feature of the E card's campus Entry and Exit system comes in.

2
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In a nutshell, each student will be issued a new ID which contains all the information from
the older ID, plus a RFID (Radio-frequency identification) tag. We plan to place RFID
scanners at each entrance and exit of every building on the ELECTRON BRANCH. Instead of
presenting an ID, it will now be scanned by the positioned RFID scanners by just sliding the
Card. In just one swipe, the scanner will automatically distinguish if it's a valid ID, and if it is,
the timestamp along with some data will be sent to the database, where it will be
processed, stored, and sent to the parents. The record is accessible and transparent to the
parents which will reassure them that their child is coming to school safely.

METHODOLOGY: (ACTION PLAN)
PLAIN ID CARD EXAMPLE MODEL PLACING OF RFID

1. Creating E-CARD Card

·We plan on ordering bulk production requests of RFID Cards from a company online. We
need to send them the tabulated CSV (Comma-separated values) file of all the hashed data
that is needed to be pre-written in the RFID Cards.
4
METHODOLOGY: (ACTION PLAN)
RFID (Radio-frequency identification) tag

2. A Passive RFID Tag

·Passive RFID Tags doesn't requires an external battery, making it much more
compact, and compact enough to be sandwiched inside an ID Card. 5
METHODOLOGY: (ACTION PLAN)

3. Data sent to the Back-end Server

·This deciphering will only occur when the data is now transferred to the main server where
it is secure. This means that not even an authorized personnel can access the confidential
data. In the main server, the desired part of the data is processed, saved to the database,
and notified to the parents.

ANTICIPATED OUTCOME
Many parents are always worried about their children's safety when they
go to their schools, but with the help of our proposed project, "E-CARD (ELECTRON
CARD) ," an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system that offers a lot of unique
features that can be used by all levels around the ELECTRON Valenzuela City campus.
It can be used as a replacement for the student's ID, as a safety measure, advanced
attendance system, as footprint monitoring, and pass to enter specified areas of the
school grounds. By using the "E-CARD," it will be much easier to track where everyone
is around the campus as well as what time they enter and exit the campus.

9
ANTICIPATED OUTCOME
Thanks to E-Card's flexibility and extensive use case, there is still a lot more
to its application. We want to reiterate that this system is not only limited to
ELECTRON GEN T. BRANCH but can also be expanded to/adapted by other schools
and institutions, whether public or private. Please keep in mind that this project is still
in its early stages, therefore, still open for future changes and modification.
And the outcome will be evaluated trough surveys to those who participated in the
seminar before the installation of the scanners of RFID (Radio Frequency
Identification).
