a) The provisions of the Land Registration Act (No. 3 of 2012) and the Land Act (No. 6 of 2012);
b) The interests noted in the Register of the Title.
3. The Transfer is also subject to the following additional provisions, (if any).
a. The repealed Government Lands Act (Cap 280) and Registration of Titles Act, (cap 281)
Laws of Kenya; and
b. The special conditions contained in a Grant registered as Number I.R. 123892/1.
The Transferee declare that he holds the land as a sole proprietor: -
