● Investments: Entrusted with deal sourcing from brokers and IPCs, underwriting of business plans, preparation of Investment thesis
and Investment memorandum | Led pipeline discussion on deals worth $800 mn. with leadership across real estate and allied assets
(office/warehousing/retail) for development in Bangalore, Gurugram, and Noida. | Evaluated most deals in the team at Analyst level.
● Strategy: Collaborated with Consultants and senior management to formulate a successful marketing and sales/pricing strategy for
residential project in Bangalore with Topline of $200 mn, (sold +50% in 5 months of launch and achieving 10% higher pricing than
planned); Formulated and presented acquisition strategy for Bangalore to Investment committee.
● Fund raising: Led the envisioning and formulation of business plan for the Fund raise worth $200 mn, of Partner RE Operating
company – Pardos Real Estate from Japanese and German Investors. Managed and negotiated the execution of Debt raise worth
$150 Mn, while also managing relationships with project level Lending partners.
● Investor Reporting: Engaged with Japanese Investors managing the Portfolio Investor reporting, member of Investor management
& redressal committee. Leading the Tech Implementation team since Dec’21year, envisioning reporting for Investment
performance to Senior management and Investors.
● Stakeholder Management: Led the engagement with IPCs/Brokers for deal sourcing; managing Investor relations and travelling
with foreign Investors while visiting India, Responsible for audit of DMI AIF’s 17 SPV with EY Singapore as the auditor;
relationship management with partner Real estate company Promoters.
● Asset Management: Entrusted with asset management of 3 assets worth $ 500 mn; monitoring the reports by Project management
consultants, sales MIS by sales and marketing agency. Appointed as board observer for Bangalore Investee companies.
