EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Audit was conducted from 29th June & 30th June 2022. The main objectives of the audit were to particularly examine Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) systems, identify potential HS&E
hazards and suggest corrective actions, wherever necessary.

The information presented in the report is based on perusal of various documents and internal records pertaining to HS&E, a sample inspection of the project site and discussions held with
various personnel deputed at the location. The recommendations made herein in the report, are based on the conditions and systems prevalent in the construction site and hence applicable only
to the said facility.

The checklist attach to this report details out the observations made during the Audit and our recommendations, however the critical suggestions and recommendations are summarized here for
the purpose of emphasizing the importance.
