Project Detail:
I have worked in “JAN M BHATTI & co” as a QAQC Inspector Engineer in a subsidiary of one of the
leading oil and gas construction-owned development companies, ranked among the fastest-
growing company. Under the supervision of the ‘The UNITED ENERGY PAKISTAN’
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections & test materials to achieve the quality of construction required in
the drawing & specification for all work under the contract documents.
Controlling and monitoring all activities following t h e Method of Statement & Quality
Management System.
Receiving or rejecting all kinds of unqualified/unneeded materials.
Taking care of QA/QC documents including certificate, calibration, test results, Inspection
Requests,and Site Inspection.
Responsible for quality & workmanship of every activity through knowledge of all phases of
engineering (Civil, Structure & Architecture).
Coordinating with consultant representatives for inspection & meetings about quality problems.
Coordinating quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be
working on the same site.
Coordination with clients / third parties, by approved ITP, for agreed witness inspections & tests.
Reviewing and performing material receiving inspection as per company and client requirements,
applicable standards/specifications, etc.
Performing assigned in-process and final products inspection and tests.
Conducting a daily inspection of earthwork, formwork, rebar, concrete work, steel structure, grout
work, and batching plant management.
Preparing inspection & test reports of completed inspections & tests.
To be conversant with the company QHSE procedures & policies and ensure that all the people on the
site observe and implement them.
Verification of the implementation of corrective & preventive actions against nonconformities and
reporting results to QA/QC Engineer and line managers, if necessary.
Preparation of final quality dossiers/test packs and maintaining backups of completed quality
dossiers/test packs.
Submitting weekly reports and requested information/statistics to Department QC Supervisor.
Liaison with QAQC Supervisor/ QAQC Manager for all aspects of quality.
