7) Refund of any amount is at the sole discretion of the company.

8) If subscriber decides to unsubscribe from Maximiser, Star Supplier or Leading Supplier Service before one year then add-on services (if any) will lapse simultaneously.

9) IndiaMART reserves the right to add/modify/discontinue any of the features offered with a service.

10) In order to ensure excellent customer service, your calls may be monitored or recorded.

11) “We strongly recommend you to respond to all the Buyer Calls through IndiaMART PNS service, failing which the delivery of the agreed services may be affected and curtailed.”
