Now im recently retired manager in chowking because I want to try other
opportunities to enhance more skills, gain new knowledge and im willing to
share my knowledge and skills in this company

2. What motivated you to apply for this position?

I’m motivated in many opportunities and my own experience has equipped
me with unique insights that I am eager to learn more another knowledge I
didn’t know that this company teaching me.

3. What do you know about our company and our industry?

I have a little knowledge about fast food commercial term, limited to food
sold in a restaurant or store with frozen, preheated or precooked ingredients
and served in packaging for take-out/takeaway. Fast food was created as a
commercial strategy to accommodate large numbers of busy commuters,
travelers and wage workers, fast food industry a sector of the food service
industry focuses on providing quickly prepared, easily accessible and
standardized meals to customers.

4. How do you handle challenging situations or conflicts in the work place?

I handle challenging situations or conflicts in the work place first have stay
calm and have more patience to understand the situation. Second know the
cause of conflict or challenging situations before creating the plan without a
plan possible the conflict or challenging situations can be worse,
Communication and opinion of others are important to have strong plan to
solve the conflict and challenge also always listen to the instructions to
avoid the challenging situations or conflicts.

I have many experience im not sure those skills and experience are enough

Creating To-do lists identifying deadlines, assess the importance urgency of
paper works and prioritize your list based on most urgent task, considering
no urgent task but need to be done as soon as possible.

I remember when I was grade 12 student taking work immersion inside in
canteen, canteen manager gave me a task she said I need to make ham
and cheese bread roll im nervous while making bread roll but in the end I
successfully done with task that canteen manager given to me im so happy
because im enhancing skill and knowledge.

Listen actively without interrupting or arguing, ask questions to clarify the
concern or suggestions to avoid misunderstanding of everyone.

willing to learned new my weaknesses are not knowing my hidden skills and

have patience and open minded with customers because not all customer
are hospitality there are some rude and there are some have good

Canteen manager gave me and order to duty in the canteen because the
staffs are rest day in that day, not all task in the canteen i know but in the
end of the day all the i completed the task in the canteen.

I solve the problem with proper planning ang use opinion of the higher
position to me because not all I know I need to give advice in the high
position im scared to have wrong decision.

Always plan, organize check all the paperworks or inventory to have clarify
data to avoid confusion, misderstanding,excess, not enough supplies.

When I was grade 12 student I duty in the canteen canteen manager said I
need to complete at finish my own portfolio before the deadline she said
need it I was struggling but in the end I finished before the deadline.

Deep breathing and inhale and exhale if there are stressful situations or
high-pressure environments and second I do always don’t listen to the
negative they said im always thinking the positive side.

I plan to add value in this position develop new skills I didn’t know, all my
skill I know to help to grow this company and eventually move into roles of
greater resposibility.

When I was grade 12 student I noticed all the staffs in the canteen
struggling to there task I help them to do the task after I finished helping
the staffs I ask to canteen manager can I help the staff in the because I see
them struggling in the kitchen.
