VII. Course Description:
This course introduces the principles of organizational change and its implications in an organization. It describes the process of organization
development such as entering and contracting, diagnosing, collecting, analyzing and feeding back diagnostic information, designing interventions, management
change and evaluating and institutionalize Organization Development interventions. It also discusses the different interventions that can be implemented in an
organization classified into human process, technostructural, human resource management and strategic change interventions. Finally, this course also covers
special applications of organization development for economics, ecological and social outcomes.
VIII. Course Credit/Unit: 3 units ( 54 lecture hours in a semester)
