Program Transfer Tool – Installation & Activation
The CNC Software version Should be D4G1 28 or later (or)D6G1 28 or later.
Install the Program Transfer Tool Ver. 15.0 in your PC and do the Following settings on
your PC.
Go to Program Transfer tool Setting Dialog
Please Register the Serial No with the Settings

In the Machine info tab
Set
Machine Name (As Per Customer)
CNC Type (For E.g. 0i-F or 0i-D)
Control Path (Number Of Paths In CNC)

Open Program Memory for the setting of the communication between PC to CNC.
Set as Follows :-
Ethernet Type
IP Address (Set the IP of the CNC)
TCP Port No. (By Default 8193)
Communication Time(sec) (Can Keep 10 ~ 50)
O number digits ( Based on the CNC setting how many
digit has been selected)

Open Data Server for the setting of the communication between PC to Data Server in
CNC (If Available)
Set as Follows :-
IP Address (Of Data Server)
User Name
Password
FTP Port No. (By Default 21)
Login Folder ( As Defined)

Open Display for the setting of the PC Drive Folder To be display when
communication established
Set as Follows :-
PC Folder (Path To Be Set)
CNC Device For Communication
(Can Set Program Memory (CNC Memory)
or Data Server)
Press Save To
Save All The Changes or Setting

Start All Programs Program Transfer Tool open Ethernet Communication
Test All Test
Set the CNC IP Address in Ping Tab &
Then Press Ping it’ll automatically check & return the reply

In that you can see the Directory list of CNC including the program available in Memory Card
also.
- Directly you can drag and drop
the program from PC to the
respective folder of CNC &
Vice versa.
- Also can select ‘Mcard’ Folder
To Upload / Download programs from PC
To CNC & Vice Versa.

Select ‘Mcard’ Folder
Then drag and drop your Program From PC to Mcard Folder and select Download(D) from the task pane.
Your Program Will be copied to Memory Card Directly.

Program Transfer Tool – Restriction
The copied file name Should be MS Dos 8.3 File Format.
MS DOS 8.3 File Format Restrictions
1.Can use only Alphabets and numerical data.
2.Cannot Use Special Characters such as !,@,#,-,_,Space
etc. as a File name.
