F: Hello, Mr. Castro. My name is Francesca Flores and I am the personnel director of
this corporation.
I: Miss Flores, nice to meet you.
F: Please take a seat.
I: I appreciate it.
F: Mr. Castro, she has several years of experience in the position of systems
programmer. Tell me about your skills and competencies.
I: I am proficient in developing computer programs. I have excellent interpersonal
skills, responsible, honest and I learn very quickly.
F: Yes, Mr. Castro, I see in your resume that you have excellent references. Do you
have any questions about the position?
I: Yes, what are the responsibilities to perform in the position?
F: We are looking for a systems engineer. I explain, your task would be the design of
the system and its interfaces. Have you had any experience with what I just mentioned?
I: Yes, Miss Flores. In the company where I worked I was in charge of the development
and programming area, where I designed their complete system.
F: Do you have any other questions?
I: Yes, what are the opening hours, Miss Flores?
F: It is from eight thirty in the morning until four thirty in the afternoon, with a free
hour for lunch. Now tell me, what are your salary expectations, Mr. Castro?
I: I expect them to pay me the going rate for the position they require. Could you tell me
what are the benefits you offer?
F: Yes, Mr. Castro. We offer full medical cover, a pension plan and three weeks of
holiday a year.
I: That sounds very generous. And tell me, when will the position be available?
F: We hope that the successful applicant will be able to start early next month. So if you
