Time Sheet
Time Sheet submission is Mandatory and needs to be submitted once a fortnight without fail.
Payroll cannot be processed without Timesheet Submission.
Time Sheet will open for submission for 3 working days , post 3 days it would closed and there would be no option to
submitt.
Step 1
Use the below link to Log on to Employ Me for timesheet submission

Step 2
User Name & Password
Log on to Employ Me using the user Id and password as received on the mail from Employ Me
(Once the Employee Profile is created by the HR Team the resource will receive the User Name & system generated
password , Which needs to be changed by the resource)
Step 3
On the Home page the Time sheet option will be displayed as below

Click on Time sheet Option
Step 5
Use the Enter Timesheet option
Step 6
Please Update the hours worked for each day .
Hours need to updated correctly for respective projects
While submitting Timesheet please ensure to update leave in the vacation field in case of any leave avialed
The hours can be saved on a daily basis and submitted once the timesheet notification is received on the mail, using the
submit button which will appear instead of the save option.
Extra Info
Enter time sheet option will not appear in case the project has not be mapped to your profile – Please reach out to your
reporting manager and HR team for the same.
While using the forgot password option the new password may be found in the junk mail /spam in case there is a delay
in receiving the new password.
In case of any errors in the Timesheet submitted, the option of request for edit can be used. Please reach out to HR
team once the request for edit is raised.
