Other Classroom News


Last week we took time to cover the story of Simeon and Anna meeting baby Jesus in the Temple, so this week we will see the twelve year old Jesus in the Temple. Then on Wednesday hell be all grown up and well follow Him to the Jordan River where He will be baptized by His cousin, John. Have you and your family had the opportunity to be baptized? If not, let me know and Id be happy to coordinate a meeting with one of our Pastors to discuss it. In math we will begin to discuss money as well as continue with numbers and shapes. Well also continue learning the continents and oceans. We have another wonderful birthday this week! Jadyn is turning five tomorrow, January 10.

Milk Orders

for the third quarter will be sent home this week. They are due no later than Thursday, January 12. This is an optional opportunity for you to provide white or chocolate milk for your child each day at snack time.
The Scholastic forms for January were sent home last week. However, ordering online gives you access to a far greater number of books than is reflected on last weeks flyer. You may place an order either by using the paper order form from the flyer, or by going online to www.scholastic.com/parentordering. The class activation code is:
