REPORT 2209, REPORT GENERAL TIPS Tu misién es escribir un informe dirigido a un superior (tu jefe, supervisor, director de un centro ...) aunque también puede dirigirse a una organizacién o compafiero. Normalmente deberds introducir el objetivo de tu report, describir los hechos de forma objetiva y clara, proponer recomendaciones y/o cerrarlo con una conclusién. of Recuerda leer muy despacio la tarea para saber qué secciones debes desarrollar. oY Hazlo visualmente muy facil de seguir. Puedes utilizar headings (encabezados) para separar tu texto en secciones, numerar, utilizar guiones.. f Utiliza un tono més formal. NO uses phrasal verbs, idioms ni contracciones. «7 Noes una carta, No incluyas ‘Dear. ni "Yours faithfully’, Y Presenta los hechos de forma muy objetiva. Para conseguirlo puedes usar expresiones mas impersonales como Impersonal Passives, Passives, "It appears / seems..." vu iza algun 2nd Conditional : |F + PAST SIMPLE, WOULD+INFINITIVE - “If students had better internet connection, they would spend more time in the centre” « No olvides los conectores, tanto para secuenciar tus ideas como para ofrecer contraste o bien afiadir mas informacién o bien para explicar resultados/consecuencias. A survey was carried out among 13-17 year-old teens. Current activities + Firstly, the local gym has brand new facilities including a swimming pool and a fitness studio, which teenagers certainly enjoy. However, it seems the monthly membership is not affordable for them, especially considering most teens prefer to work out only at weekends. + Furthermore, the council organises free yoga lessons at Greenpoint Park every Saturday morning. According to the survey, more that 70% of young people would prefer more exciting classes that matched their interests such as skating or urban dancing lessons.
