ABOUT
The Performance is about Murder. We intend to perform just the scene in
the law court because of its story.
This is a work of fiction and any resemblance to actual person living or
dead, actual events is purely coincidental.

Who : A victim who didn't pay to his debt.

When : 27th of July 1989 7:30 p.m

NIGHT NEWS*
Another night another news, evening everyone, wondering why there's no good in the
evening? Well because today another murder crime takes place in a bar near Washington
street this 27th of July 1989 7:30 PM. They say the victim might have been killed because
of money the victim borrowed from the killer worth 100,000 dollars in cash. The killer has
been sending the victim death threats through an unknown number 3 months straight.
That's all information for now that we have, stay alert for the next news.

BEFORE

IN A RANDOM BAR*
Andrie's phone rings, he picks it up and hits the green button "Hey Leo what's up" andrie
answered, he's nodding while listening on the other side of the phone "Sure bro I'll tell
Phillip" Andrie said then hangs up.

"Phillip, Leo's inviting us to go to a bar near Washington street, he said we must

come" andrie said to Phillip "Sure, we should go" Phillip said nonchalantly. They both
stood up..

IN A BAR NEAR WASHINGTON STREET*

Phillip, Andrie and Leo are drinking "I have to go to the restroom" Leo stood up and
proceed to the restroom, seconds later Andrie followed while andrie is still drinking. Andrie
is putting on his gloves and mask while walking to the restroom. Andrie arrives and while
Leo is washing his hands Andrie suddenly stabs him in the back multiple times. After that
he quickly fled to the scene leaving Leo all bloodied to the ground. Minutes later Phillip
goes to the restroom and saw Leo on the ground blood pouring out of his chest and he
kneeled down beside Leo and picked up the bloody weapon beside him out of shock.
Anabelle suddenly enters and gasp covering her mouth with her hands, seconds later
Andrie arrives also now seeing the scenario in front of him "Bro!!" Andrie shouts...

NEWS*
Another night another news, the murderer from the murder crime that happened in a bar
near Washington street has been arrested. Let's call him by the name of "Phillip" a young
man, and with a height of 160.5 centimeters tall. He was also a friend of Leo which he
brutally killed by stabbing him in the back multiple times which lead him to his death due
to blood loss. That's all this evening I elaiza Narvadez signing off.. "You should watch
your back or your friends might also backstab you"

NEXT DAY IN COURT*

Phillip sat with his lawyer atty. Aya in the left side, Leo's parents with their lawyer atty.
mark Jhon on the right side, and Andrie and Anabelle as witnesses in the front sits while
waiting for the judge.

The judge arrives..

Bailiff : Please rise, the court of Washington is now in session. The Honorable Liza Valdez
presiding.
Judge Liza : Everyone but the jury may be seated. Bailiff please swear in the jury.
Bailiff : Please raise your right hands and do promise that you must listen to this case and
render a true and fair for this Defendant?
Jury : I do.
Bailiff : You may be seated. Judge Liza :
Members of the jury, your duty today will have to determine whether the plaintiffs prove
that the Defendant caused wrongful death of their son. You must find the most convincing
evidence and facts presented. bailiff may you please announce today's case.
Bailiff : Your Honor, todays case is Murdery. Defendant Andrie with his Lawyer Aya Velasco
vs. The victim's family together with their Lawyer Jhon Harochoc.
Judge Liza : Are the plaintiffs ready?
Plaintiffs Atty. and Plaintiff (Leo's family and atty. Mark Jhon) : Yes your Honor.
Judge Liza : Is Defense ready?
Defense atty. and Defendant (atty. Aya and Phillip): Yes your Honor.

Plaintiff Attorney Opening Statement-- (mark jhon)

Your Honor, members of the jury, my name is Jhon Harochoc and I represent the
victims side in this case, we intend to prove that
1.The victim was killed by the Defendant
Defense Attorney Opening Statement (Aya)
Your Honor, members of the jury, my name is Aya Velasco and I represent the
defendant's side. we intend to prove that
1. He is not the killer and not guilty.
Judge Liza: Thank you, you may call now the first witness.
Atty. Jhon : Thank you, your Honor. I call to the stand Ms. Annabelle Delmundo.
Judge Liza : May the witness please stand and head to the witness chair.
(the witness stand and proceeds to witness chair)
Judge Liza: Please raise your right hand. Will you promise to tell the truth, the whole truth,
and nothing but the truth?
Witness #1 (Anabelle) : Yes, your Honor. (sits down)
Atty. Jhon : Hello, can you please state your name and the rest for the court?
Witness #1 : Yes, I am Annabelle Delmundo, I live at Washington 536 main street. I am
nothing but a guess at the party.
Atty. Jhon : Ms. Delmundo, what were you doing when the murdery was happening? May
you please state your response?
Witness #1 : I was at the party just enjoying my time with friends
Atty. Jhon : Were you be able to see how the murderer killed the victim?
Witness #1 : No, I was late but I saw him holding a bloody knife
Atty. Jhon : I see, you were there when the murderer was done. Your Honor, no more
further question.
Judge Liza : Thank you, defense may now call the second witness.
Atty. Aya : Thank you, your Honor. I call the stand Mr. Andrie Nieva.
Judge : May the witness please stand and head to the witness chair.
(The witness stand and proceeds to witness chair)
Judge Liza : Please raise your right hand. Will you promise to tell the truth, the whole

Witness #2(Andire) : I do.
Atty. Aya : Hello can please state your name and the rest for the court.
Witness #2 : Yes, My name is Phillip Aguadera I live at Washington 967 side street. I am a
friend of the Defendant your Honor.
Atty. Aya : So, you were a friend of the defendant. What were you doing when the
murdery was happening?
Witness #2 : I was at the party, I saw Phillip heading to the bathroom and I noticed that it
was already 5 minutes but he didn't came back.
Atty. Aya : So you noticed Phillip, what did you do? May you please state the rest?
Witness #2 : Out of coriousity, I followed him and that was the time that I saw a girl
standing shocked at the front of the door. So I run and saw that Andy was holding a bloody
knife.
Atty. Aya : Okay, very well said. Your Honor. I have a concern.
Judge : Yes, you may.
Atty. Aya : It was stated that the scene was at the comfort room right? And it was at the
bar's cr so obviously men's and women's cr is not on the same room, so witness #1 can't
enter a men's comfort room. Is the witness #1 perhaps a man?
Judge : you have a point atty. Witness #1 can you please explain?
Witness #1 : Your Honor, I'm not a man. I heard a scream so I entered the room to check.
Atty. Aya : Objection, your Honor. She stated earlier ago that she was there when the
murderer was already done killing the victim so how did she hear a scream? The victim
must be dead right away because of the multiple stabbed.
Atty. Jhon : Objection your Honor. It seems like the Defendants Attorney is stating that the
witness is lying.
Judge Liza: Objection overruled, atty. Aya you may continue.
Atty Aya: Witness #1 and #2, I must ask you where were you really when the murder is
happening.
Witness #1: as I said earlier I am not there when the the defendant is killing the victim.
Witness #2: I was drinking alone in the booth because both Leo and Phillip goes to the
restroom.
Atty. Aya: Your honor, I am certain that the witnesses are lying.
Atty. Jhon: Objection your honor, the witnesses clearly stated their answers on where they
were, yet the defendants attorney is saying that their lying.
Judge Liza: Objection sustained, atty. Aya could you elaborate why you believed that the
witnesses are lying.
Atty. Aya: your honor, may I publish this video to the jury? This video contains something
on why I believe the witnesses are lying.
Judge Liza: You may.
(The video shows a cctv camera where Leo stood up and goes to the bathroom first,
followed by Andrie. Phillip being left alone in the booth)
While the video is playing Aya talks..
Atty. Aya: the witness #2 said earlier that he saw the defendant heading to the restroom
yet he was the one who goes first. And here's another video your honor.
(Another video plays showing near the bar where Andrie is throwing the gloves and mask)
Aya lifts up her hand showing a mask and gloves in a ziplock bag.
Atty. Aya: You honor, this mask and gloves right here has the witness #2's DNA.
SKIP*
Judge Liza: witness #1 and 2 are proven guilty for murdering Leo David, and will be given
lifetime in prison. While Phillip Aguadera is not guilty, he will be set free.
Atty. Mark Jhon: Objection your honor! Andrie Nieva may not be guilty for murder but he
is involve in such selling illegal drugs.
(Atty. Mark Jhon holds up a paper showing that Phillip's DNA contains illegal drugs, it also
shows the list of who he sells the drugs, Andrie, Anabelle and Leo's name are on it)

Judge Liza: Phillip will be given 10 years in prison for selling illegal drugs. You may take
them away and send them to prison immediately.
