1.1) Existing System :
In today’s dynamic and highly competitive market place, proposed system will help to maintain
details in well-formed structure. In existing system, all work done manually. Students, Staff has
performed their task manually, it was critical process. Records are maintained using registers,
Report wizard files there for well-structured reports are generated .The project entitled with
“Gym Management System” is developed for solving different real life problem. One of the
common Real Life Problem is to Store and maintain Records and the other is to find out the
Records.

1.2) Proposed System:

This Program is Prepared Using Java Programming Language. Proposed system is for to
maintain the Gym’s Records which is use to perform operations of Records. System can updates
Information of Member, Trainer, Staff, etc. also it provides to manage the attendance of the gym
members, trainer, and staff.

1.3) Scope of Project:

A variety of allocation of task methods are available to make record retrieval easy. Easy to
generate report of the gym’s. System should support different file format. Access and Retrieval
of data made easy.

 The main objective of this system is fulfills the user requirements to make
documents overcoming all limitations.

 GOAL TO REDUCE THE PAPER WORK.

 HANDLING THE GYM INFORMATION EASY AND FAST WAY.
 EASY TO FETCH GYM’S RECORD.
 MAINTAIN THE DATABASE OF MEMBERS, TRAINERS, STAFF, AND GYM
MAINTENANCE.

This Program is EFFECIENT in MAINTAINING GYM INFORMATION. This Program also

REDUSES the work load of OWNER for MAINTAINING the data.

3. SEARCH RECORD :- used to search the data of Member, Trainer, Staff

Staff
5. DELETE RECORD: - used to delete the Member, Trainer, Staff record
permanently.
