Our client, Zithara.ai, is looking to hire JavaScript developers specializing in Node.js, Next.js,
and React.js through an INTERN-to-HIRE model. The top candidates will be shortlisted, given a
problem statement, and asked to create a prototype based on client requirements. Successful
candidates will be offered a full-time role with the company, and those who meet at least 70%
of the company’s expectations will receive an internship certificate.

This campus drive is part of the PROPEL5000 program, an initiative designed to support 5,000
deserving candidates with corporate internships and job opportunities. This is the first campus

Job Description:
• Role: Software Developer
• Year of Passing: 2025
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Tech Stack: Node.js, Mongo DB, React
• Skills Required: Excellent programming ability and communication skills
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)
• Service Agreement: No bond
• Compensation: 4 to 5 LPA on confirmation (first 4-month unpaid internship work from home,
next 3 months paid internship with stipend 20K also work from home)

Selection Process:

1. Screening Test on Aptitude & Programming on campus

2. Group Discussion/ JAM/ HR on campus same day
