Informed Consent for The Participants
Dear Respondents,
We invite you to participate in a research study entitled Anak ng Pasig: Multi narrative
inquiry into academic and personal experience of Pasig scholars at San Lorenzo Ruiz
Senior High School. We are Grade 12 HUMSS students of San Lorenzo Ruiz Senior High
School, and are in the process of writing our senior high school research paper. The
purpose of the research is to Narrate the academic and personal experiences of Pasig
scholars at San Lorenzo Ruiz Senior High School.
Your participation in this research study is completely voluntary. Since the study is
multi-narrative, there is possibility that you will be asked a personal question, but you
have the right to skip and not to answer if you feel uncomfortable. This study will
utilize a semi-structured interview that will last for at least about an hour. Your
responses will be treated with utmost confidentiality and anonymity. Data from this
research shall be kept under lock and key and reported only as a collective combined
total. No one other than the researchers will have access to the individual answers
you will provide in this questionnaire.
