3. Conditions for grant of stuffy i~Avt.=


(I) Subject to the conditions specified in thes

to a Government employee with due regard

enable him to undergo, in or out of India,

20. Commencement of course of study during leave other than study leave.-
A Government employee may, subject to the approval' of the proper authority being
obtained as required under paragraph l of schedule 'C' annexed to these rules,
undertake or commence a course of study during earned leave and subject to rules 8 to
l 5-and 18, draw study allowance i.n respect thereof.
