Welcome to the Adani Group Hiring System (AGHS) for Candidates! This guide
will assist you in navigating the process from receiving an invite to submitting
your profile and participating in assessments.
1. Account Activation
• Upon receiving an invite from Adani HR, follow these steps to activate
your candidate account:
• Click on the activation link provided in the invite.
• Your candidate account will be activated, and login access will be
enabled.

2. Logging In
• Once your account is activated, log in using either your email or phone
number.
3. Profile Setup
• After a successful login, you will be prompted to fill in your profile
information:
• Provide Personal Details.
• Enter Educational Details.
• Specify Business Unit Preferences.

4. Profile Preview and Submission
• After filling the required details, follow these steps:
• Preview the filled details for accuracy.
• Utilize the edit feature for any necessary corrections.
• Acknowledge and submit your profile.
• Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation message
indicating that your candidate profile has been submitted successfully.

5. Assessment
• Once assessment schedules are available for you, the assessment button
will become visible on your dashboard. Click on the assessment button
to participate in the scheduled assessments.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the initial steps in the AGHS
for Candidates. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please reach out
to the support team for assistance.
Important note.
Request the candidates not to refresh the page during cognitive assessments.
For Cognitive assessments which is for 12 min, if the page is refreshed,
candidates may not be in position to restart the test.
