HI-GRID FRP Grating, have various type, size, colour and also
finishing. Walkway especially for industrial area need to be
strong and safety for the user. Manufactured using an open
mold process, providing bi-directional strength and durabil-
ity. Giving years of reliable performance.
Properties specifications typically outline the detailed characteristics, features, and re-
quirements of a particular property or product. These specifications serve as guidelines
for designers, engineers, builders, manufacturers, or users to understand what is expect-
ed from the property or product. Here’s some properties specifications that we have:
Less impact-resistant than pultruded due to the More impact-resistant due to the structure formed
Impact Resistance nature of the molded process by the aligned fibers during pultrusion
FRP Grating

Pultruded Grating
Pultruded grating is manufactured through a pultrusion process, where fiberglass rein-
forcements are pulled through a resin bath, then shaped and heated to create the final
product.

Molded Grating
Molded Grating is manufactured through a molding process where fiberglass reinforce-
ments are combined with a thermosetting resin and poured into a mold. The mixture is
then cured to form a solid panel with a grid-like structure.

BMC TYPE
BMC stands for Bulk Molding Compound, this material is a composite material like FRP
whose matrix or reinforcement is in the form of glass-fiber. BMC manhole is an alterna-
tive to cast iron manhole which has a much lower density, which is around 2000kg/m3.
In terms of strength, the manhole produced by PT Origa Mulia FRP measuring 800mm
in diameter with a thickness of 60mm is able to withstand max loads. 25.000kg (25 Tons)
even though the weight of the product is only 42kg (ring support weight 30kg).

tings have unique properties for anti-aging, light weight and high strength. It maximal-
ly ensures the handrail strength. Common OLine FRP handrail fittings types are round
base flange, adjustable fitting, square base and other types.

Polypropylene
OLine PP Drainage, primarily used for rapidly
collecting ground rainwater and directing it to the
municipal pipe network, is gradually replacing cast-
in-place concrete ditches. With rising labor and raw
material costs each year, plastic linear drainage
ditches are widely used in commercial blocks, parks,
parking lots, roads, seaports, airports, and other
locations.

portfolio of polymer concrete channels, sumps and kerbs
polymere concrete is a versetile, durable, composite
material produce by mixing a variety of mineral fillers
with a synthetic or natural resin binding agent. This
advanced engineering material is used in many
industries but is most common in the building and
construction industries where its long life and material
properties make it ideal for many products.
