FRP Grating is a panel material with regular meshes that adopts thermosetting resin matrix
(including Polyester, Vinly ester, Isophthalic) and glass fiber twist less roving, staggered
spread on the large metal die and entirely released after curing. The FRP grating could be
divided into concave type, smooth grinding type, pattern plate type and grit type accord-
ing to post treatment.

BMC TYPE
BMC stands for Bulk Molding Compound, this material is a composite material like FRP
whose matrix or reinforcement is in the form of glass-fiber. BMC manhole is an alterna-
tive to cast iron manhole which has a much lower density, which is around 2000kg/m3.
In terms of strength, the manhole produced by PT Origa Mulia FRP measuring 800mm
in diameter with a thickness of 60mm is able to withstand max loads. 25.000kg (25 Tons)
even though the weight of the product is only 42kg (ring support weight 30kg).

Trench BMC
BMC trench drainage systems are produced by
mixing thermosetting resins, fiberglass, fillers, and
additives to create homogeneous compounds.
BMC trench drainage systems are relatively easy
to install compared to traditional materials such as
concrete or metal. BMC trench drainage systems
offer durable, corrosion-resistant, and customizable
solutions to effectively manage surface water
runoff in a wide range of applications, including
industrial facilities, commercial properties, parking
lots, and residential developments.

Polypropylene
OLine PP Drainage, primarily used for rapidly
collecting ground rainwater and directing it to the
municipal pipe network, is gradually replacing cast-
in-place concrete ditches. With rising labor and raw
material costs each year, plastic linear drainage
ditches are widely used in commercial blocks, parks,
parking lots, roads, seaports, airports, and other
locations.
