REFLECTION PAPER
Life is a journey with unexpected obstacles successful and depressing moments, and a persistent
tug between the known and the unknown. Our genuine selves come to light during these
uncertain and challenging times. My constant faith in God's plan for my life, along with my
unwavering resolve to keep going, have been my compass and have shaped who I am today. It
was not an easy decision to keep on, to accept the challenges and overcome the barriers. It was
an ongoing struggle against the fear of failing, the temptation to give up, and the whispers of
doubt. However, my determination was strengthened by my belief that God had a purpose and a
plan specifically for me. Even though it wasn't always evident, my goal was a promise of
something bigger than me and a ray of optimism. It was a difficult trip with many moments of
self-doubt, disappointment, and frustration.
There were moments when it felt as though there was no clear way ahead, no firm destination,
and little strength left to press on. However, faith remained a pillar of strength during the worst
of times. It gave me comfort in the face of hardship by reassuring me that I wasn't experiencing
my problems alone. Even in my darkest moments, God's unfathomable presence gave me
strength and consolation by reassuring me that I was loved and cared for. Not only has this
journey of faith and tenacity molded my character, but it has also expanded my self-awareness. I
now understand the significance of steadfast faith, the strength of resilience, and the necessity of
perseverance.
It was the best for me to be able to share my thoughts together with my buddies, we had open
forum and others had the chance to speak out without judgement and comfortable to share. We
are able to see that we are not alone in these challenges that we faced every day, that there are
also other people who got to experience what you have been experiencing right now. Everyone
got to inspire from what they have shared with us, we were able to make self-reflect of all the
problems we often faced. And now, we have learned not to give up, we have learned that we are
all have purpose in this world, that you just have to trust in God of what will be our role. We just
have to have God always in the center of whatever things we have to do. Just do your best and
God will do the rest.
