M/s. Bhagyanagar Copper Private Limited, Plot No. P-9/13/1 & P-9/14,,IDA
NACHARAM,HYDERABAD,TELANGANA,RANGAREDDY,500076, has setup a plant for manufacturing of PV Ribbon
production line for use in the Solar Penal Industry, the output of PB Ribbon production line is copper strip and copper
wire.
M/s Bhagyanagar Copper Private Limited would exports its final products to various countries across the globe. M/s
Bhagyanagar Copper Private Limited is intent to procure above mentioned capital goods for PV Ribbon production
Line (Interconnect) MBB round wire, Model : SSPV‐MBB‐4D mentioned at Sl.No.1. In technical terms it may be said
that the capital foods PV Ribbon production Line (Interconnect) MBB round wire, Model : SSPV‐MBB‐4D are required
for addition of one more items of copper strip and copper wire which shall be used in the solar industry, this machine
will add new product to be exported.

S.No. Description Justification

PV ribbon is a tinned copper ribbon installed in photovoltaic solar panels. The interconnect
ribbon is soldered directly onto silicon crystal to interconnect solar cells in a solar panel. The
PV bus bar is installed around the perimeter of the solar panel and connects the interconnect
ribbons to the junction box.

PV Ribbon Line is used for production of PV Ribbon. The production includes annealing and
PV Ribbon cleaning of copper ribbon prior to hot-dip tinning and spooling. This is an acid-free, flux-free,
production environmentally friendly process. It provides the operator with safe and clean working
Line conditions. The production is fully automated utilizing an easy-to-use operator interface with
(Interconnect) integrated quality control features.
