1) Open excel window
2) Then maintain fields of salary slip as like Id Number, Name, Salary, HRA,
TA, DA, PF, Medical, Total Salary, Address, Pan-card Number, IFSC code,
Account Number, Total Days Of Month, Overtime, Present Days, Absent
Days, Contact Number, Date Of Joining etc.
➢ HRA =Basic salary*% of HRA
➢ TA =Basic salary*% of TA
➢ DA =Basic salary*%of DA
➢ Net Salary =BS+HRA+TA+DA) / Alt + Equal
/=Sum(Select data range)
➢ PF =BS*% of PF
➢ Medical =BS*% of medical
➢ Gross salary =net salary –(PF + Medical)
➢ Absent days = Total days- present days
➢ Per day salary =gross salary/total days
➢ Deduction in salary =per day salary*%of DTS
➢ Cash in hand =gross salary – DTS
