4. Faculty Members' Leave and Alternative Arrangements Register
5. Master Attendance Register for II, III, and IV Year
6. Attendance and Assessment Register for Faculty Members
2. The faculty members' individual assessment records were compared with the Class
Monitoring, Daily Absentees, and Master Attendance Registers. The entries for student
attendance are accurate.
3. The syllabus coverage in the faculty members' individual assessment records was
compared with the Class Monitoring Register, and the topics covered are consistent.
4. The syllabus coverage for II, III, and IV Year for the CAT I examination fulfils with our
regulations and academic calendar
5. Feedback received from students in the Quality Circle meeting, as analysed by the Head
of Department (HoD) and other members, indicates that the subjects taught by the faculty
members are satisfactory.
6. Club activity conducted regularly and report of the activity maintained by the
respective coordinator
Suggestions given to the faculty members:
1. Content beyond the syllabus for both theory and practical sessions should be included in
the lesson plan and assessment.
2. The application of subject topics within the syllabus should be detailed in the lesson plan
and assessment.
